This policy describes what information terryheath.com (“the Site”) collects and how it’s used.
Information Collected
Email address. If you subscribe to the mailing list, your email address is stored to send you essays and updates. Nothing else is collected during subscription.
Analytics. The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated page view data. No cookies are set and no personal information is collected through analytics.
How Your Information Is Used
Your email address is used only to send you content you subscribed to — a monthly digest and occasional updates. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
Email Service
Emails are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). Standard email metadata (opens, bounces) may be tracked to maintain list health. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Data Storage
Subscriber data is stored in a secured database hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Access is restricted to the site operator.
Cookies
The Site does not use tracking cookies. No advertising or third-party tracking scripts are loaded.

- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and privacy-focused analytics
- Amazon SES — email delivery
- Google Cloud Platform — application and database hosting
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing terry@terryheath.com or by unsubscribing from the mailing list.
